Polo Park East Community
Polo Park East is a small resident- owned manufactured home community located on U.S. Hwy 27 just south of U.S. Hwy 192 in Polk County, Florida.
Polo Park East is a golf and lakefront community in a quiet area near Orlando in Central Florida. Its proximity to the area’s theme parks and many other activities and services makes its location an ideal place to live.
We are an active resident-owned aged 55+ park. Polo Park East By-Laws require that at least one of the residents in each household must be 55 years of age or older. All residents must be 18 years of age or older. All residents and visitors staying longer than 30 days are required to pass a background check and be approved by the board. No children may live here, but they are welcome to visit. (We do love our grandchildren.)
At PPE the great majority of homeowners also own an equal share in the property of the park. Those without share ownership pay a monthly lot rent with an option to buy a share at any time. PPE is resident-owned and managed. We have no outside developer, owner or outside management company. We control our own rents, rates or fees according to Florida statutes.
